Untested baseline setup for Finland time trial conditions (would be my personal starting point for fine tuning).

Adding this kind of base tune for people who want to learn tuning and this should be better starting point than absolute stock tune. Optional changes to test are inside () marks. Will work also as base for few other high-speed locations like Estonia+Latvia+Poland
