Snow / Stiff / Long gearing

Quick setup for both Sweden and Scandia. Brakesforce is a bit high and needs modulation so decrease if it feels difficult to stop fast. Gearing is mostly for sweden but feels good enough in Scandia too and tweaking it probs wont make a big difference.
