No, I'm only shown the rear diff settings and I don't have any fast bump values to adjust. Playing on PS5. Weird...

same problem, the numbers an options don't match

Ok, so what I did was roughly get close the numbers then adjusted by going +/- by 1 notch to my liking. It isn't perfect but it's close enough.
