This setup is made for wet/rainy/stormy conditions. It's suspension very loose in order to support the rolling movement of the car in corners and gain a certain amount of force pressing the outer tyres onto the road - so the ride heigjt as well as it's camber is higher than usual on tarmac. Loose dampers to keep stable even off the road. --> Have a try and do some easy power slide on wet tarmacs, due to suspension and differential setting your control is surprisingly good! For sure, it makes you lose time as well ;D
