Well, any setup is made to underline your driving style as well as to benefit most possible from personal strenghs. Your R2 Setup doens't fit my driving style, but it doesn't seem to be that bad at all! I just wonder if the LSD settings are helping to increase car's cornering ;) Beside this, you have some great setups in the stack! Anyone should have a look at his setups when having trouble to brawl your car through the track :)
Thank you! Much appreciated. As far as I see, those LSD settings at the front are helping with cornering, which would be better when setting them higher. BUT you would loose grip, a price that I didn't want to pay on this track or you will loose a lot of speed after every corner. It would take ages to get to 100 km/h, which means too much loss of time. With the LSD settings for the rear it's the same. They don't fit my driving style as well! But cornering as a pro, and taking ages to reach good speed after every corner, seemed to be the worse possibility. Especially this stage has mighty grades, where grip is essential. Cornering is essential here as well, so setting front LSD to the middle was the compromise that worked best. But I will check what can be changed to make cornering a little better :-)
Should be better now.
;D The more important part of my text really was, that you generally have really strong and stable car setups. Out of all players here sharing setups it's you who i look up first when i need ideas for setting up certain cars! Especially LSD Setting are those which seem to be hardly understood by most casual simracers - but obiously you clearly know how to make it fit both, track and car :)
Thanks for your constructive words! Although it was more trial and error in the beginning, I guess that I get a better feeling for it with more exoerience. In real life I don't know a thing about cars and always ride my bicycle :-) No kidding.
